Refund & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds.

• Exchanges are only allowed if the mistake is made by our side.

• You must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery with complete parcel opening video proof (clear, uncut, and recorded from the very beginning while opening the parcel till the end).

• Edited, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

• Our products often feature hand embroidery & handwork.

• Minor loose threads or slight irregularities are natural in handmade garments and are not considered defects.

• Exchange/return will not be accepted for such cases.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• A complete parcel opening video must be provided
• Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

1. You will receive a return shipping label
2. Follow the instructions to ship the item back
3. If approved the exchange or replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 7 working days

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

We will replace it with the same item. If unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product of equal value or issue a credit note.

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Items on sale or clearance
• Items without a parcel opening video
• Items that are worn, washed, or altered

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. All eligible concerns are handled through exchange only.
