3. Pricing & Payments

• • All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• • We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via secure payment gateways.
• • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double‑check your order before confirming.
• • In case of any payment failure, you will be notified, and the order will not be processed until a successful transaction is completed.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
• • House of Ivaya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• • We do not allow order cancellations. Kindly double-check your order details before placing the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• • We offer delivery across India. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• • You will receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped.
• • In case of delays due to courier or unforeseen events (festivals, strikes, weather, etc.), we will try our best to keep you informed.
• • We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit after successful delivery confirmation.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• • We do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
• • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
• • In case of wrong or damaged items received, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

7. Refunds

• •Refunds are not applicable, as we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy for all orders.
• • In the rare case that the mistake is from our side (such as a wrong product delivered or a defective piece received), we will provide a resolution as per our internal policy.
• •Our first priority will always be to exchange the product with the correct article.
• • If the same article is not available, we will issue a credit note for the product amount, which can be used for future purchases.
• • All resolutions will be processed according to our policy, not based on customer preference.
• • A clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any issue.
